NHC Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to ensure the safe handling of users' personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws and regulations.
1. Items of Personal Information Collected
The personal information collected through the quotation request form includes name, contact number (mobile or landline), email address, and inquiry details. Company name and address are optional fields.
Additionally, the company processes automatically generated and collected information such as IP address, service usage records, access logs, cookies, and access times.
2. Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information
The collected personal information is used to respond to inquiries, including sending quotations and providing consultation. It is also used to improve service quality and generate statistical data through analysis of access records and usage patterns.
In addition, personal information is used for notifications required by law, dispute resolution, and complaint handling.
3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
Personal information is destroyed within one year after a response to the user’s inquiry is completed. However, if retention is required by relevant laws, it will be stored for the legally prescribed period.
4. Procedure and Method of Destroying Personal Information
Once the purpose of use is achieved or the retention period expires, the personal information is destroyed immediately in accordance with internal policy. Information in electronic files is permanently deleted using non-recoverable methods, and printed materials are shredded or incinerated.
5. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The company does not provide users’ personal information to third parties without consent. However, it may be provided in exceptional cases where the user has given prior consent or when required by law for investigations or legal proceedings.
6. Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them
Users may request to view, correct, delete, or suspend the processing of their personal information at any time. Such requests can be made to the personal information protection officer via written request, email, or phone.
The user is responsible for any damages caused by the entry or management of incorrect personal information.

8. Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information
Administrative measures include establishing and implementing internal management plans and providing regular staff training. Technical measures include access control to the personal information processing system, storage and inspection of access records, and encryption. Physical measures include controlling access to server and document storage rooms.
9. Changes to the Privacy Policy
This policy takes effect from the date of implementation and may be revised due to changes in laws, regulations, or internal policies. Any changes will be announced in advance via the website notice or through individual notifications.
